Standard UPS/USPS shipping rates are only available to the 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska,
Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories, APO/FPO).
Though every attempt is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, they generally take 24 business
hours to process before shipping. If an order is placed after 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on
Friday, then the order will not ship out until the following Monday. Overnight and Saturday delivery
options are not available.
Estimated Arrival of Order
Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. For exceptions, see the estimated delivery and transit
times below:
 Economy: 7-10 business days.
 Standard: 3-5 business days.
 Expedited: 2-3 business days.
 Rush: 1-2 business days.
We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx and the United States
Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping
Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions, we are no longer able to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Military APO, FPO and DPO
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Free or discounted shipping promotions, or discounted pricing promotions, may not apply to
incontinence/diaper supplies, liquids, wheelchairs, and some of our other over-sized items. We
apologize, but in order to maintain our low regular prices, we are no longer able to always include these
medical supply categories in shipping promotions.

Freight Deliveries: While our delivery partners will always make every attempt to get your freight
items delivered as close to your location as possible, delivery on all oversized (freight items) is
curbside only.
Curbside delivery does not include inside location or doorstep delivery.
